With over eight years in the sports industry, Emilee Fails brings a creative director’s perspective to sports photography, crafting visual narratives that capture the emotion, intensity, and culture of competition. She graduated from Point Park University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design.

Emilee previously served as Manager of Digital Content for the Washington Wizards before spending five years as Team Photographer for the Washington Commanders. Throughout her career, she has led and mentored photography teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, aligning creative vision with precise execution.

Her work focuses on storytelling beyond the final score, producing impactful imagery that strengthens brand identity, elevates coverage, and defines how moments are remembered.
